Below is a list of frequently asked questions about safety, placing orders, delivery costs and what to do if there’s a problem with your order. If you’ve got a question that isn’t answered below, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Is a Pikler Triangle safe?
Our Pikler Triangle and other products are all designed to encourage free play for your child to explore and discover. As with any activity or toy, we recommend adult supervision at all times to assist and promote their development.
We recommend using our climbing frames and rockers on soft flooring such as carpet or foam matting, or outside on a grass lawn. Close adult assistance during play will ensure the Pikler Triangle and other products are safe for your child.
Additionally, all products are designed and built to NZ safety standards, featuring smooth, rounded edges, strong solid construction and an optional natural food-grade oil finish.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere throughout New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.
What does delivery cost?
We have 3 delivery zones: North Island, South Island and Christchurch. Because most of our products are bulky or oversized, delivery costs vary for each product as well as for each delivery zone.
Shipping costs for each zone will be displayed on the cart and checkout pages – simply choose the zone that you would like your order delivered to and the shipping cost will be added to your order total.
We also allow free pickups – simply select the “Pickup from Rolleston” option on the cart or checkout page and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made using your Visa or MasterCard credit card at the checkout, or you can choose to pay by internet banking after your order has been placed. If paying by internet banking please deposit the total order amount into the following account

Something isn’t quite right with my delivery, what can I do?
We always do our very best but if for any reason there is something that isn’t quite right with your order please email customer service and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
Returns and refunds policy
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival so that we can remedy any concerns you may have. After discussing your concerns if you are still not happy with any of your product we will refund your purchase or replace the product as agreed.
Can I gift someone an order?
Yes, you can, just select the “ship to a different address” option on the checkout page and enter the recipient’s details (name, address and contact number). If you wish to include a message with the gift please enter this in the order notes.
How do I redeem a discount coupon?
You can enter a coupon code when reviewing your shopping basket in the checkout. Simply enter your code and click the apply button to receive the appropriate discount. Your basket total will then change to reflect the discount.
